Delivery & Returns
Please note we currently only ship to mainland United Kingdom addresses. We endeavour to dispatch all orders the next working day. A signature will be required on delivery of any orders over £40 in value, and all Special Deliveries.

Royal Mail 1st Class
- Expected delivery 1-3 working days after dispatch.
- Not Tracked
Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class Signed
- As above but signature required on receipt.
- Not Tracked (other than proof of receipt).
Special Delivery - Free above £150
- Expected delivery next working day after dispatch.
- Fully Tracked.
Late and Lost Deliveries
Please note that 1st and 2nd Class services are not tracked, and can only be reported as lost after 10 working days. To do so, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Special Deliveries are expected to arrive the next working day after dispatch, if you have a question related to a Special Delivery, please contact email@example.com.
Arcane Cards does not assume responsibility for goods that don't reach their destination, We will endeavour to send a replacement order (when stock allows) or compensate you for the value of the order minus shipping costs, ONLY once we have successfully recovered compensation from the delivery company.
If a package is refused by the customer, unable to be delivered due to requiring a signature, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, any charges incurred by Arcane Cards may be deducted from any refund later made for that order.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
You have the right to cancel or amend your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. To do so, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. This may delay dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched you will have to use the returns process.
Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for unwanted items. Items that are faulty or damaged before delivery can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* Sealed products and accessories must be in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
* Gift cards
To complete your return, please email email@example.com and include your order number, items to be returned and reason for return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that we will only refund the value of the items returned, not any other items or shipping costs.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we have a replacement item currently in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for confirmation that the item can be replaced.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not accept responsibility for returned items that go missing or are damaged during return shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
